About Us
Regional Prime Television, a division of Agrestal Vestige, LLC, was started in Roscoe, Georgia (originally as Roscoe Public Television) in 2017 from an idea to have community based programming of all types and genres from various parts of our region available to anyone who wished to have access to a more community-based approach to television.
In 2018, our name was official changed to 'Regional Prime Television' as we expanded into Alabama with a second studio location and began producing a more wide range of broadcast television, such as comedies, dramas, documentaries, news, talk shows, and various type of regional events. From 2018 to 2020 we extensively covered the East Alabama and West Georgia regions (approximately ten counties) bringing community-based regional content to people that they wouldn't traditionally find on other media outlets.
In November 2020, listening to our viewers and realizing the limitation of mainstream news outlets throughout America, our overall focus expanded to encompass a national audience by consolidating our existing efforts and building upon the news platform we had already been operating. Since all mainstream news outlets lean distinctly to the right (Republican), or to the left (Democrat), we decided that the need for a news platform existed for the large population of people leaning more toward the idea of personal freedom and liberties, thereby, our channel transitioned over exclusively to a national news network more aligned to our own beliefs and principles; that being from a Libertarian perspective.
Staying with the Regional Prime Television theme of reporting regionally, our news channel now focuses on various distinct regions throughout America, which include the South East, South West, North East, North West, Mid West, Alaska and Hawaii. Presently, we are producing a national news broadcast from a Libertarian point of view that is available on our channel available exclusively on any Roku and Amazon Fire device. Since we are supported by our contributors and sponsors, our programming is completely free to all viewers. Lastly, as a news platform promoting the ideals of freedom and liberty, it must be noted that there may routinely be strong language and occasional nudity contained within our broadcast, therefore, viewer discretion is advised.
